Sanford Performing Arts Center has 854 seats, plus 10 wheelchair accessible locations.

WHERE TO SIT? Some guests prefer to be closer to the stage and therefore prefer sitting in the Orchestra section, which is sloped down to offer a clear view of the stage from every seat, without having to climb any steps. Others prefer the Terrace section further back, which offers a wide view of the stage with higher clearance over the heads of other patrons in front of you. Patrons seated in the Terrace section should be able to climb steps to access seating. Any seat that is not designated as obstructed view on the seating map above has a great view of the stage!

ACCESSIBLE SEATING If you require a wheelchair accessible seat, select a seat with the wheelchair symbol on the seating map when you are purchasing your tickets. Select a “C” seat next to a wheelchair accessible seat for a companion seat.

Our box office is open for in-person assistance Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00am – noon, or by appointment. When visiting the box office during these hours, please use Door #3 marked “Community Retail Entrance” . This is due to school security and to protect the safety of our students.
