Join the SPAC volunteer family and help create welcoming, memorable experiences for our guests! Sanford Performing Arts Center volunteers play an important role in the life of our venue. From greeting patrons to helping guests find their seats, volunteers help make each performance run smoothly while supporting arts and cultural experiences for our community.

Volunteer Opportunities
SPAC offers several unique volunteer opportunities, including:
- Greeters
- Ticket Agents
- Ushering and guest seating assistance

- Special events and receptions
Application Process
Because SPAC is located on the Sanford High School campus, all volunteers must complete the Sanford School Department volunteer process before serving. The process includes:
- Complete this SPAC volunteer application
- Complete this Sanford School Department Background Check form and mail or deliver it to us
- Attend a SPAC volunteer orientation
- Shadow or train at your first event
- Sign up for available volunteer opportunities
